Beth A. McAllister

Vice President of Business Development

Beth McAllister brings over 20 years of experience in marketing and business development roles in high tech, international companies. Prior to joining XeroCoat in April 2008, Beth was Vice President of Marketing and Business Development for the Global Services Division of KLA-Tencor. KLA-Tencor is the world leader in yield management and process control solutions for semiconductor manufacturing and related industries. Beth grew the services business over five-fold to $430M and was a key member of the team that turned the service business from a significant loss to a highly profitable business. Prior to KLA-Tencor, Beth was a business unit manager for General Electric Company Nuclear Services division where she was responsible for the marketing and delivery of high value capacity extensions to power plants. She also led a high visibility industry program delivering operational excellence and cost effectiveness for GE nuclear reactors. Beth received her M.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from Stanford University and her B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from Lehigh University.
